SaveMyLinks is an intelligent bookmark management platform that helps you save, organize, and discover your bookmarks with AI-powered features including automatic tagging, smart search, and content summarization.

1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

2. User Registration and Accounts

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Payment for premium features must be made through our approved payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

Pricing:

• Free Plan: $0/month - Basic features with limited storage
• Pro Plan: $4.99/month - Advanced features and unlimited storage
• Team Plan: $9.99/month per user - All Pro features plus team collaboration

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Subscription Terms

Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled. You will be charged automatically through your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided through the Services or via email.

Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

You retain ownership of all bookmarks, notes, tags, and other content you save through the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

This license includes the right to:

• Store Your Content on our servers
• Process Your Content for AI-powered features (search, tagging, summarization)
• Display Your Content back to you through the Services
• Share Your Content with other users when you explicitly use sharing features
• Create backups of Your Content for disaster recovery

6. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence
• You will not use the Services through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, etc.)
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You have the right to save and share any content you bookmark

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create a competing service
• Bypass or circumvent measures designed to prevent unauthorized access
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Use the Services to save or distribute illegal content
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Engage in any automated use without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to impersonate another user
• Sell or transfer your account
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. User Generated Contributions

The Services allow you to save bookmarks, create notes, add tags, share folders, and submit other content. You are responsible for all content you contribute through the Services and you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content does not violate any law or regulation
• Your content does not contain viruses or malicious code

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. 10. Term and Termination

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience maintenance, updates, or disruptions. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability of the Services.

For premium subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

12. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. SaveMyLinks and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content.

14. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.

16. User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.

Data Export: You can export your bookmarks and data at any time through the Services. We support standard formats including HTML and JSON for easy migration.

Data Deletion: When you delete bookmarks or folders, they are immediately removed from your active data. Deleted items may remain in backups for up to 90 days.
